QUEEN FIRTH, ECO FASHION ROYALTY

Livia Firth’s eco label, Eco Age, continues to celebrate Oscars week by giving eco fashionistas 15% off of the Luciana clutch, upcycled from soda can bottletops. I first learned about this trend a couple of years ago as it gained popularity and provided sustainable livelihoods for women co-ops in Brazil.

A radiant Livia, carrying an MT Labels bag (ethical luxury at its finest) and a Gretchen Jones hat, and a victorious and dashing Colin (I adore his glasses) arrived to the UK after a very successful week. If you haven’t yet seen the King’s Speech, it is a masterpiece. Go!

Livia, Colin’s true queen, is eco fashion royalty. She always appears to be so down to earth and convincingly committed to the ethical fashion cause. I doubt Eco Age will be taken over by a luxury conglomerate, falling from ethical fashion’s graces. *Ahem* But I’m not naming any names (other UK superstar couple with “ethical” fashion label)…

xoxo,
